2. Planning & RERA Registration Status

Projects displayed or mentioned on this website are in various stages of technical planning, land due diligence, and statutory authority processing (BDA, BMRDA, BIAPPA, BBMP, etc.).

No project shall be advertised, marketed, booked, or sold without obtaining the required statutory plan sanctions and valid Karnataka RERA registration numbers from the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA).

3. Buyer Disclosure & Due Diligence

Upon RERA registration of a specific development, all sanction layouts, RERA registration numbers, approved plan details, carpet area schedules, bank escrow account details, and statutory documents will be explicitly disclosed on the project section and sales documentation.

4. Authorised Channel Partners

Real estate agents and channel partners representing Bright Prop Infra LLP must hold a valid RERA Agent Registration Number issued by Karnataka RERA. Unauthorized marketing or misrepresentation of project facts by third-party agents is strictly prohibited.
